Eustace’s TEDx Talk
Naturalist Eustace Conway, subject of a biography by "Eat Pray Love" author Elizabeth Gilbert, has lived off the land since he was a teenager. Here he shares insight from a life lived close to a deeper reality most of us hide from. http://tedxasheville.com/ In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxAsheville, where "x" = an independently organized TED event. At TEDxAsheville, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.
